ROAD MAP FOR UNLEASHING BUSINESS POTENTIAL OF NEW INDIA

We are glad to announce that ATC, FMS is organizing third national conference on the theme ‘Road Map for Unleashing Business Potential of New India’, scheduled to be held on November 28, 2015.

We are committed to provide quality platform for researchers and academicians and share new ideas on burning issues. We have received overwhelming response to last two conferences which proved to be successful in achieving the objectives in terms of immense knowledge sharing and concrete research work. Hence to accelerate the momentum of our efforts to set a perfect stage for developing substantial content and useful outcomes, this time also we are looking for valuable contribution from academicians, professionals, consultants, practitioners and research scholars. It is our honor to invite you to contribute and present your research work based on main theme and subthemes of the conference.

We always encourage new insights and fresh perspective in research. Best Paper Award is an additional attraction to appreciate and acknowledge quality research work with substance and innovation. The blind reviewed conference papers will be published in the conference proceedings (Full Paper) bearing an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

Second International Conference was organized by Faculty of Management Studies – Acropolis Technical Campus, Indore on 29 November,  2014 on the theme “CONTEMPLATING VISION 2020 FOR ACHIEVING BUSINESS EXCELLENCE”.

AICOM – 2014 was organized with following objectives –
  • To create a platform for sharing of ideas with respect to management issues at global level
  • To enrich the knowledge amongst academicians, research scholars, practicing managers pertaining to latest management practices
  • To produce quality Research Papers, Case Studies, Articles related to theme and sub theme of Conference.
The chief guest Justice V.S. Kokje, Ex  Governor, Himachal Pradesh, with guest of honor Mr. Sunil Trivedi, MD Neo Corp International, Indore were present in the inaugural session of AICOM – 2014.
The keynote address was delivered by chief guest Justice V.S. Kokje. He clearly made students to understand the zest of the main theme and explained the framework for business excellence with reference to law. 2020 vision for business started in India in 2000. Changing policy should be reasonably stable. Minimum government and maximum governance will be helpful in business excellence. He explained with various examples the importance of government policies for business excellence. He cited example of Indian agriculture that how the farmer sow the seed using previous year statistics and bear losses and commits suicide. He explained that projection must take consideration what would be relevant; need of society and what type of people are required. He said in business there are constants and variables. Constants provide better planning to business while variables like demand, fashion, and type of people make it difficult to make a plan for business. Changing policies in every budget is difficult to make business decision; it should be fixed to plan the present scenario. Licensing system is necessary to some extent but permit system in automobile sector is necessary  to some extent. If labour is required no harsh rule should be made for labour law.
The inaugural address of AICOM – 2014 was delivered by guest of honor Mr. Sunil Trivedi. His major emphasis was on Organizational Excellence, Resilient organizations, Variety and permeability. He cited the example of Flipkart and Snapdeal and emphasized the need of business excellence in India.
A biannual journal on Management ANVESH and Conference proceeding ISBN Book was unveiled on this occasion. The technical sessions were held all throughout the day along with the best Research Paper Contest.
Acropolis – IMA Student Chapter was also inaugurated by guest of honor Shri Jagdish Verma, Chairman, I-Lead School of Business, Indore and Dr. Narendra Dhakad, Additional Director, MP Higher Education Department 
The end of conference was marked by Valedictory session. The conference witnessed more than 65 delegates who presented their research work on diverse topics which were presented in front of eminent academic experts Dr. Yogeshwari Phatak and Dr. Dharmendra Mehta who were invited as Session Chairpersons.
